Using Launch Club

Launch Club is operated by launchclub. By using the service, you agree to these terms. You must be legally able to use the tools and comply with applicable laws and third-party account rules.

We provide launch, funding and wallet-management tools on supported networks. Launch Club is independent and is not operated or endorsed by the networks, exchanges or protocols it supports. Nothing here is financial, investment, legal or tax advice.

Your wallets and permissions

Use only wallets, keys and accounts you own or are authorized to control. Review the network, addresses, amounts, fees and permissions before confirming. Signing in does not itself authorize spending; confirming an operation can authorize the displayed sequence.

Keep secure, usable wallet backups. Replacing wallets does not transfer existing funds. Read the Privacy disclosures before using these features.

Estimates and allocations

Prices, holdings, allocations and funding requirements are estimates and may change before execution. Review the latest values before confirming. Multiple wallets and allocation variation do not guarantee returns, anonymity or independent ownership.

Fees and balances

Direct V4 and Pons V2 normally charge 0.05 ETH per token launch, not per wallet. The current Stonk platform launch fee is 0 SOL. Review any applicable exemption and the current estimate before acting.

Purchases, liquidity, protocol charges, network fees and exchange fees are additional. Keep the required balances and fee reserves. Failed or incomplete actions can still incur costs. Launch Club cannot reverse confirmed transactions or guarantee refunds from other providers.

KuCoin funding

Funding uses your own KuCoin account. You are responsible for account eligibility, API permissions and credential security. Review every wallet target, asset, network and withdrawal fee.

Confirmation authorizes the listed withdrawals one by one. Earlier withdrawals may succeed if a later one fails. Pausing or closing the tab does not cancel accepted requests. Check uncertain outcomes before retrying. Funding does not authorize a launch or trade. See the funding guide.

Execution and limits

Actions may involve several steps. Completed steps and preparation costs can remain if a later step fails. Submission is not confirmation, and execution is not guaranteed. Review the workspace’s current asset support, limits and status messages.

Cleaner manages wallets and trades; it does not erase transaction history, guarantee anonymity or certify the origin of funds.

Pending actions

Keep your backups and transaction references. A missing response does not prove failure: check status before submitting again. If a launch succeeded but saving its record failed, retry the record update. Recovery is not guaranteed.

Responsible use

You are responsible for submitted content and must have the rights to publish it. You authorize publication needed for your requested actions; public copies may persist.

Do not use the service for fraud, market manipulation, stolen funds, unauthorized access, infringement, bypassing exchange restrictions or interference with the service. Do not misrepresent wallets under common control as independent participants. Data handling is described in the Privacy policy.

Risks and external services

Tokens can lose all value. Price changes, contract defects, insufficient liquidity, compromised keys, outages and blockchain events can cause losses. Estimates and simulations are not security audits or guarantees.

Some supporting contracts retain administrative or upgrade permissions. Liquidity locks, LP burn and token-ownership renunciation have different consequences; renouncing token ownership does not remove every protocol permission. External services apply their own rules and charges.

Availability, changes and contact

The service is provided as available, without promises of uninterrupted access, profits, successful execution or recovery. Features may change or be paused. Revised terms will carry an updated date; they do not create standing authorization to spend from your accounts. Nothing here excludes rights or liabilities that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
